Ashton Hawkins is a 14yr old is a musician, developer, digital artist, and self-taught learner who started his learning journey back in 2020. He left traditional schooling just six weeks before the pandemic, and started to explore his passion creating music and built a website for it at electronicalovera.com. Ashton has been making creative videos since the age of 9yrs for hiddenplastic.org, which he founded with his sister July 2020. 

Over the years, Ashton has been taking technical courses on Brilliant, Coursera and MasterClass, though his preferred way to ‘learn by doing’ is through YouTube tutorials. He enjoys a challenge, and earned a laptop by creating a Metahuman for commercial use. He’s been paid for film work, and is creating AI ‘ads’ for the theatre company 'Oddsocks Productions' next year. Ashton’s ideal would be to complete schoolwork part-time, so he can continue to develop and enhance his skills through projects, of which MySchool is the perfect opportunity to combine the two.
